Fort Mill begins Pace Car program to encourage good driving practices
Published July 31, 2009Brenda Elder says she’s never gotten a speeding ticket. Not in 61 years. She’s the perfect candidate for the Fort Mill Police Department’s new Pace Cars program, which gives everyday drivers a yellow car decal when they pledge to be safe on the town’s roadways.
